Here is my Panellets recipe:
250 gr. ground almonds
200 gr. sugar
50 gr. of boiled potato or sweet potatoes
250gr. pine nuts
1 egg white
To make the panellets take the marzipan, and form balls of about 2 centimeters in diameter. Once made, pass them through the egg yolk, and introduce them in the bowl of the pine nuts pressing gently until sticking.
With these quantities you will get 30 panellets.
